A major manufacturing company wanted to improve its idea management process in order to build a strong pipeline of ideas. However they were not yet ready to implement a structured innovation management program as they wanted to first address the most pressing challenges the organization was facing.
Solution:The company deployed Inova Software’s Ideation Module as a starting package and created “Events” in which those challenges were proposed with the goal to collect the best solution proposals, and have the right people collaborate and comment on those solutions.
