Product Marketing Manager (H/F)

This full-time position is located in the Lyon, France area

What you will do

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the expert in users, how they use our products, how to improve this usage, what their buying criteria are…..as well as the expert in your products, yours customers and the market to which INOVA is selling.

In this role you:

  • Organize customers’ interviews/meetings to better understand their needs and feed the Marketing
    Department with this information for marketing campaigns,
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the product strategy and associated user story and to the product development strategy of the company,
  • Coordinate and manage the product road-maps and plan the product’s portfolio, working closely with the Product Designer to prepare customer validation interviews and the Product Owner to define the roadmap,
  • Propose product evolutions and adaptations to meet specific market needs & product
    developments. Specify requests for new product development and write associated user stories,
  • Manage the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan,
  • Support the Sales team and customers on an ad-hoc basis,
  • Communicate the products’ proposition value to the Sales team and develop the accurate tools to
    support their selling processes,
  • Study, analyze, understand and segment our markets to acquire a great knowledge of them and
    competitive intelligence (products, prices, technologies, competitors)

What skills we are looking for

  • B.S in Marketing/ Business with an experience of 5+ years as a Software Product Manager/ Product Marketer at a SaaS company, and at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with all kinds of audiences,
  • Great ability for active listening, customer oriented,
  • Strong attention to detail, good organization and analytical skills,
  • Able to work on fast-paced projects within constrained timelines, you’re a driven and dynamic teammate, you know how to manage multiple projects at the same time,
  • Interest in travelling (25% of your time),
  • A pharma experience or a significant knowledge of this ecosystem would be a plus
