Inova Software’s standard support provides customers with the ability to contact regional support centers during business hours. We operate two regional support centers providing global access to our experienced technical support analysts. Our purpose is to assist you in resolving any issues you may have as quickly and professionally as possible.

Extended application support:

This maintenance agreement provides a high level of support after the project warranty is over and handles issues not covered under the standard product support such as coverage for client specific configurations, integration issues with third party software, etc. It guarantees access to experienced Inova Software resources.
