We have conducted many implementation projects with different organizations across multiple industries. We have leveraged our experience and the know-how gained to produce a series of workshops to help customers and prospective customers achieve their innovation management goals.
These workshops are independent and can be held in stand-alone sessions of 1 to 3 days each. The first workshop addresses organizational readiness and process aspects. The Configuration and Reporting workshops are hands-on and we will work with you to produce tangible deliverables, either in the form of a configured test system or in the form of report templates.
Innovation Readiness
Benchmarking your innovation program against those of other companies, and against visible trends in your space is an essential element of a world-class innovation program. We have identified four capabilities that make innovation programs successful. This workshop will help you assess your level of maturity in these four areas, and help you develop a plan to build these capabilities into your business and maximize your return on innovation.
System Configuration
Getting the most out of your innovation program requires forethought, planning and flawless execution. A world-class innovation management system that supports these requirements must be well-configured, yet flexible enough to provide your organization the agility it needs to respond to market dynamics and seize opportunities that poorly planned systems don’t allow. Using the experience of numerous client implementations, a keen understanding of your business, and a secure experimentation environment this workshop will enable your organization to configure a test system to support your innovation program and show tangible results to management and set the vision for innovation management for the organization as a whole.
Report Configuration
Since many of the business results end up in reports, charts, dashboards and the like, companies need to think seriously about how these business results are to be viewed by senior management and other stakeholders in the business. This workshop will uncover the real consumers of the business results, at every level in the organization, and will provide an action plan to deliver the information to these individuals in the most effective format for the intended business purpose.
