Internal experts are automatically notified by email. When they log into Inova, they immediately see their due diligences, can access key documents, find the link to the external VDR, and, when ready, submit their report.
When all of the reports are submitted, Inova makes it easy to consolidate them, creating an overview of all of the responses for quick referral.
Once the process is complete, the room is closed and the documents are automatically stored with the associated opportunity. There’s no risk of losing information or documents, or of an information leak.
