Job Overview

The Lead Generation Manager (LGM) is the key person connecting Inova’s inbound and outbound marketing strategies to our sales funnel. The LGM is directly responsible for creating and executing lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead qualifying programs to ensure that the highest number of best quality leads are identified. Their success in generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads is a key factor in Inova achieving its goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company
  • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand the metrics at which our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages and social media channels
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions
  • Keeping abreast of new trends and apply best practices in inbound marketing
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams
  • Create nurturing strategies using existing or new content to deliver and qualify leads
  • Work with others on the marketing team to build and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
  • Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
  • Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate


  • Relevant BA/BSc degree, or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree an advantage
  • Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics; content creation experience an advantage
  • Experience using marketing automation software
  • Experience using a CRM and segmenting leads; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
  • Good time-management skills and the capacity to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Strong English language skills; native English an advantage
